Getting enough protein is hard. You know you need it, but between work, training, and life, who actually has the time? Most days you’re lucky if you remember lunch, let alone hitting your protein goals.

That’s why we made this.

What it is

Our Protein Iced Latte is cold drip coffee with 25g of complete protein in a 300ml carton. We use micellar casein, which digests slowly over a few hours. That means you stay fuller for longer and your muscles get a steady stream of amino acids. It’s also lower in lactose than regular milk.

The coffee itself is ethically sourced, specialty cold drip. More coffee, less milk. It actually tastes like an iced latte.

When you need it

Running late and breakfast didn’t happen? Grab one on your way out.
Just finished at the gym? Throw one in your bag.
That 3pm slump when you’d normally reach for a snack? This does both.

Caffeine plus slow-release protein means you’re not crashing an hour later.

Basically anywhere you’d drink an iced coffee, you can drink this. Except now you’re actually giving your body something useful.

Why it works

Most people need 60–100g of protein a day depending on your size and activity level. The problem isn’t knowing you need it. It’s finding convenient ways to actually get it when you’re busy. Not everyone wants to meal prep or carry around Tupperware everywhere.

We went with micellar casein instead of whey because it breaks down slowly. You stay satisfied between meals, and your muscles get amino acids over several hours instead of all at once. Plus it has all nine essential amino acids, so your body can actually use it for recovery.

Most protein drinks taste like someone tried to cover gym equipment with artificial sweetener. We started with real cold drip coffee and built around it. No shaker bottle needed. No weird aftertaste. Just open, shake, drink.

Look, we’re not saying this solves all your nutrition problems. But it helps. It’s one less thing to think about when you’re trying to take care of yourself and also get through the day.
