Iced Latte Chia Mousse

In less than ten minutes, this recipe takes our Iced Cold Drip Coffee with Full Cream Milk to a whole new level of sustained energy!

We love this quick and simple way to turn your daily coffee into an easy, meal-prep friendly breakfast or nourishing yet indulgent snack.


Ingredients

1 cup of First Press Iced Cold Drip Coffee with Full Cream Milk

6 tbsp organic chia seeds 

1/4 cup maple syrup

Dash of vanilla essence 

Pinch of celtic sea salt 

(optional) 2 tbsp unflavoured collagen powder

Greek yoghurt, seasonal fruit, hemp seeds & granola to top 

 

Recipe

  1. Blend until well incorporated — this can take around 5 minutes for the chia seeds to blend properly. 
  2. Pour the mousse into two jars or bowls. Cover and set in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. 
  3. Once set, top with the greek yoghurt, seasonal fruit, hemp seeds and granola. Dig in and enjoy! 

Note: This chia mousse can last in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
