A blend of freshly roasted organic, Honduran and Ethiopian coffee beans. Both are shade grown coffee on low densities under the native trees of their respective regions. The Sidamo region in Ethiopia is well known for its garden coffee system, where the coffee plants are fertilised by organic nutrients and harvested mostly by family labour. The Co-op responsible for this coffee gives school scholarships to hundreds of children in the area and has funded infrastructure in the community, including buildings at the elementary school. This blend gives the creamy body of the Honduran coffee with the berry floral notes which make Sidamo a globally renowned coffee region.
