Organic, single estate coffee beans from the Cerro Bueno estate, Honduras. It’s shade grown under different species of trees to help with the flora and fauna of the region. Shade grown coffee generally needs no chemical fertilisers or pesticides and help maintain the native wildlife of the area, while also aiding in soil moisture retention. The Co-op responsible for this coffee has built infrastructure in the area and gives school scholarships to hundred of children. The temperature of this region and altitude (1560m)of this farm give this brew a delicious ripeness with floral notes.
